RETURN POLICY
Exchanges or Store Credits are permitted within 15 days from the date of purchase with the original sale receipt. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition and without alterations, in original gift box with warranty cards and instruction books intact (when applicable). Credits or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment. No Cash Refunds.
Refunds, exchanges or credits are not allowed on Special Orders, Custom Items, Sale Items, items designated under "as is" or "final" types of sales.
LAYAWAY POLICY
In consideration of the merchandise being set aside, payments of $__ in monthly installments are required. If this agreement is not kept, the merchandise will be returned to stock and a store credit for any money that has been paid on said merchandise described on the front of this receipt, a $15 restocking fee and the cost of any alterations will be deducted from this credit.
Colored Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure:
Purchasers of colored gemstones should be aware that natural gemstones are processed from the time they are extracted from the earth by one or more traditionally accepted trade practices. Some or all colored gemstones may have been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process to improve color and/or stability.
