Replacing stones and polishing dull gold are both relatively simple tasks that can be done by our professional jeweler. Repairing broken or missing prongs is also possible, but may require more specialized tools and techniques.

We can also fix things that may have been run over, or fallen in the garbage disposal or even just stepped on. Bring it in and see what we can do to get your jewelry looking new again.

Ring Sizing
Rings made of platinum or gold can be sized to fit your finger.
Come in and we can make your rings fit comfortably on your finger.

Rhodium Plating

Rhodium electroplating is used, especially on jewelry, to provide a surface that will resist scratches and tarnish, and give a white, reflective appearance. Rhodium plating is most often found on white gold.
If your plating is wearing away let us bring your piece back to life.

Stone Replacement & Settings

Stones can fall out of their settings and be lost, especially accent stones in rings. This can be caused by a prong that have worn and loosened by being snagged on clothingand towelugly fit its setting. For a piece of jewelry with great sentimental value this can be an upsetting matter.
However, when a stone is lost, all is not lost; replacements can be found.

A piece that you loved 10 years ago may no longer appeal to you, or maybe you have an inherited piece that isn’t quite your style. Bring it in and we’ll see what we can do to change it into a piece that you will want to wear. 

Prong Repair

Re-tipping prongs is the process of replacing old, worn out prongs with new ones. Worn prongs are especially dangerous because they can break, at which point your stone can fall out of the mounting and get damaged or lost.

Remounting

If you have a stone that you aren’t sure what to do with we can help you find a new mount to set it that matches the vision you have for what it could be.

Pearl Restringing & Reattachment

If your Pearl is loose or has come off, we can help you with that! Restringing of pearls should be done when the pearls move on the string. Pearls in rings and pendants are usually sit on a post and are glued into place.  

Engraving

We can personalize items we sell in store such as lockets, charms, men’s jewelry, plaques for awards, etc. Additionally, we can also engrave items that we don't sell in store, but we do take these items in on a case by case basis. If it can be held securely in our computerized engraver machine, it can be done.

Cleaning

Our Ultrasonic cleaner uses ultrasound waves and chemicals which combine to create bubbles that "cling" to the foreign particles such as dirt, oil, and unknown substances. The high frequency waves are sent out and pull the contaminants off the object.

Ring Guards

Ring guards are small metal strips that stretch across the lower portion of ring shanks. Their purpose is to hold a ring in place and keep it from spinning or sliding off the finger.

Watch Battery Replacement

We can replace batteries in most watches while you wait & they come with a 1 year guarantee. We do not change solar and rechargeable batteries, these watches should be sent back to manufacturer.

Band Adjustment & Replacement

We can adjust most link bands on site and we also have a variety of genuine leather and metal stretch band in stock that we can match to your watch

Eyeglass Repair

Metal framed eyeglasses can be welded back together and this is a repair service we do offer - however this is a temporary fix and we cannot guarantee it to last
